Wrong size? We'll exchange it.

We want your NINJA piece to fit right. If it doesn't, you can exchange it for another size.

How long do I have?

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days from delivery, we can no longer accept exchange requests.

What can be exchanged?

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition you received them, with all original tags and packaging.
• Exchanges are for a different size of the same item, subject to availability.
• If your size is out of stock, our team will offer you another option on WhatsApp.

How do I request an exchange?

1. Message us on WhatsApp at 01036927909 within 7 days of delivery.
2. Send your order number and the size you want.
3. Our team will confirm the exchange and arrange pickup and delivery with you.

Damaged or wrong item?

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it for you free of charge.
